Matcha Ice Cream Float

INGREDIENTS:

Matcha Ice Cream Float:

  • 1/4 cup cane sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cozy As F*ck Metta Matcha
  • 1/3 cup sparkling water
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • Additional sparkling water, as needed

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add cane sugar and water to a small pot, and bring to a boil. Then, turn down heat to simmer, and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until sugar has disolved. Remove from heat and cool completely.
  2. Once your sugar + water + matcha powder has cooled completely, transfer to a tall glass. 
  3. Add 1/3 cup sparkling water.
  4. Add 2 scoops vanilla ice cream.
  5. Add additional sparkling water as needed. 
  6. Mix well and enjoy!
